2021 3rd International Conference on Natural Language Processing (ICNLP 2021) is an important international gathering of scholars, educators and PhD students. It will take place in Beijing, China during March 26-28, 2021. First conference was held in Beijing (2019) during September 20-22, 2019 successfully. ICNLP2020 was held during July 11-13 virtually as planned. Due to the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are shifting ICNLP 2020 to a virtual meeting with the goal of providing an engaging and meaningful experience for those who had expected to attend.  It is an annual meeting that includes invited talks, oral presentations and poster presentations of refereed papers. We invite submissions of papers and abstracts on all topics related to natural language processing. It aims to bring together researchers who have designed and build software that will analyze, understand, and generate languages that humans use naturally to address computers.
